Away Travel Info: Uptonsteel County Ground

By Car

From the North: From the M1 junction 21 bear left on to A5460, then take A563 towards Aylestone, at junction with A426 turn left, turn right on to Duncan Road, then second left on to Curzon Road.

From the South: From the M1 junction 21 take third exit on to A5460, then as for north.

From the East: Stay on A47 west, continue on A47 to roundabout, take second exit, continue on A594, follow on to Welford Road, follow signs to A426, turn left on to Duncan Road, then second left on to Curzon Road.

From the West: From the M69, Leicester, to M1 junction 21, then as for north.

Car Parking

The Uptonsteel County Ground has on-site car parking for approximately 200 cars via the Curzon Road entrance.

Leicestershire County Cricket Club politely reminds visitors to refrain from parking on roads surrounding the stadium and that local parking restrictions are enforced on matchdays and for large events.

Off-site car parking for T20, Tourist & International matchdays and concert events is available. Please check on the relevant event information page via the LCCC Website for the nearby car parking arrangements in place for visitors.

By Bus

Leicester St Margaret's Bus Station: 3 Miles

Leicester & Leicestershire has an extensive network of bus routes making reaching the Uptonsteel County Ground very easy.

By Train

The Uptonsteel County Ground is approximately 2 miles from Leicester train station which has great connections across the country.

Regular services between London St. Pancras, the East Midlands and Yorkshire, serving Market Harborough, Leicester and Loughborough are operated by East Midlands Railway.

Cross Country Trains run services between Birmingham New Street and Leicester, via Hinckley, Narborough and South Wigston, and between Birmingham New Street and Stansted Airport, via Leicester and Melton Mowbray.
